Beneficiaries of houses that are completed within 300 square feet do not have to pay a single rupee. Beneficiaries are required to pay for the 345 and 430 square feet homes. We went to reverse tendering for the 345 and 430-square-foot homesIt has saved Rs 400 crore. We will share that money with the beneficiaries. The remaining monies will be paid by the beneficiaries. If any of them do not need a house, we will give the money back. Botha Satyanarayana said, "We will allocate houses for them."
